Life Charted holds the notes and plans you build with it, and nothing else. Here is exactly what it stores, where it lives, who can see it, and how to delete it.

What it stores

Life Charted keeps a private set of records for you, built only from what you tell it during a session:

Nothing is saved unless you or the assistant writes it down during your session. It does not pull in your email, your contacts, your files, or anything from outside the conversation.

Where it lives and who can see it

Your records are stored encrypted, kept separate per account and tied to the email you sign in with. One person's records are never visible to another. Only you, signed into your own account, can read or change yours.

Life Charted never sells it or trains on it

Your records and your sessions are never sold and never used to train an AI model by Life Charted. They exist to serve you and no one else, and you can ask for a full copy anytime to keep or take with you.

About the app you use it in

Life Charted runs inside your own Claude or ChatGPT account. What you type travels through that app, so it is covered by that company's terms, the same as any other chat you have there, and you decide whether they use it to train their models.

On Claude, content from connectors like Life Charted is already kept out of training; to cover what you type, turn off "Help Improve Claude" under Settings, then Privacy. On ChatGPT, turn off "Improve the model for everyone" under Settings, then Data Controls.

The records Life Charted saves for you are stored separately and stay yours either way.

Keeping and deleting your data

Your records stay until you ask to remove them, so you can come back weeks later and pick up where you left off. You can ask for a copy of everything, or have it all deleted, at any time, through the same channel that invited you. It is done, no questions asked.
